4. Yellow braised chicken

1. Chop the chicken thighs into small pieces, rinse and dry.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the chicken and stir-fry until the surface is slightly charred, then add green onion and ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of soybean paste and stir-fry.

3. Stir-fry the chicken until flavorful, add water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then pour in the mushrooms, potatoes and continue to simmer for ten minutes.

4. After the potatoes are stewed, add green and red peppers, salt, chicken essence, sugar, and then collect the juice over high heat.

Braised fish pieces

Prepare the ingredients

Grass carp, green onion, ginger and garlic, millet pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate

1. Clean the grass carp and chop it into small pieces for later use. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, sprinkle a little salt, fry the fish pieces in the pan until golden brown on both sides and remove them.

2. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic, millet spicy and sautéed until fragrant, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry the fish pieces in the pot.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water, salt, pepper, cover the pot and simmer for five minutes. After the fish is stewed, turn on high heat to collect the juice, pour a little balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chives, stir-fry a few times and it will be out of the pot.

Stir-fried pork with chili

Prepare the ingredients

1. Cut the pork into thin slices and separate the fat and thin. Put the lean meat on a plate, add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, starch, grab and marinate.

2. Heat the pot first, pour in the cut peppers, press it with a spatula, stir-fry until it changes color and serve.

3. Pour a little oil into the pot, first stir-fry the fat meat in the pot to remove the fat, then add green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then put the marinated lean meat in and stir-fry a few times.

4. After the meat slices are fried, pour in the chili, add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and stir-fry a few times, stir-fry until flavorful, then turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the fat is browned, add the onion, ginger and garlic, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, then put the cabbage in, stir-fry over high heat a few times, stir-fry until it is broken, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste and put it on a plate.

Spicy chicken offal

Chicken heart, chicken gizzard, chicken liver, green onion, ginger and garlic, chili, coriander, peppercorns, light soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate

1. Clean the chicken offal, then cut it into small pieces, blanch it in water, rinse it and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add peppercorns, green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chicken offal and stir-fry.

3. Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, season with pepper, and stir-fry over high heat. Finally, add chili, coriander, and salt and stir-fry evenly.
